📦 PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES

Tracking is only available after customs clearance in Italy. Packages depart from Dubai with local couriers; Poste Italiane tracking will be visible as soon as the package arrives in Italy.

products of the best qualityavailable on the world market, coming from overproduction, samples, exhibitions or very small defects not visible to the naked eye.
They will be inspected four timesbefore shipping, and you will receive detailed photos and videos on WhatsAppbefore departure upon request.
Our products originate in Dubai, a market with very different conditions than Europe: VAT is not applied, operating and customs costs are significantly lower, and we work directly with selected suppliers. This allows us to offer original PA+ items at extremely competitive prices.
The products come from overproduction stock or may have small aesthetic defects (almost always imperceptible). For this reason, they don't come with certificates of authenticity like Entrupy: brands don't issue official certifications for these items, otherwise they wouldn't be possible to sell them at prices lower than their list prices.
It's precisely the absence of these certificates that makes legal sales possible at a more affordable price. However, each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and reliability.
🔄 RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE
If you want to return an item for a size change or if you're not satisfied, we'll arrange for the courier to collect it and ship you the size or product you requested.
If you wish to receive a refund, it will be made provided that the product has not been used.

The site displays prices in euros, but at checkout the amount may be displayed in dollars.
Don't worry: you will always pay the exact equivalent in euros.
If you notice a different figure, it is only due to the automatic exchange rate, not a change in the total.
